The energy transition needs the other half.

Why Women in Cleantech exists and what it changed.

The energy transition will not be built by half the talent. That one sentence is why Women in Cleantech exists.

Talent is everywhere. Access is not

Since 2020 I have worked with more than 500 cleantech startups through ClimateLaunchpad Morocco. The talent is spread across the whole country. Access to coaching, networks and capital is not.

The first of its kind in Morocco

In 2024 I founded Women in Cleantech. Women-led green entrepreneurship, from the forgotten cities of Morocco to the heart of MENA and Africa. Female founders, real companies.

Diversity is not a policy. It is a growth strategy.

What it takes

A programme alone does not change who builds companies. Access does. Coaching, a network of mentors, and introductions to the investors and partners who decide.

If you fund or buy clean technology, look at who is not yet in your pipeline. That is where the growth is.
